Responsible to:  Community Connector Team Leader, Voluntary Action Swindon.  

Salary:  £8736 (£14 per hour x 12 hours per week), 2-year fixed term, with possibility of an extension.

Voluntary Action Swindon is recruiting for four Community Connector positions as part of our Swindon Place-Based Get Active project. 

The is a flexible role, where you can work hours that suit you, this may be evenings or weekends, with a commitment to attending meetings within VAS’s core work hours. The role will be community based within one of the following areas (the area where you live). One position within each identified area, of Pinehurst, Gorse Hill, Central Swindon and Walcot East. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting their communities to become healthier, more active, and more involved in improving their own and their families’ wellbeing.
