Voluntary Action Swindon offer a brokerage service for organisations that wish to find Volunteers. We also provide support for anyone looking to start volunteering.

Team Kinetic – A Volunteering Platform for Swindon

Team Kinetic is our new Volunteering platform that launched in November 2025, supported by Central Swindon North Parish Council, South Swindon Parish Council and The National Lottery. The aim of this platform is to streamline all elements of volunteering for everybody involved, from volunteers seeking new opportunities, to organisations wanting to advertise their opportunities, and corporates eager to help within the community.

If you are a volunteer looking to find a new opportunity, engage more with the Swindon community and support local organisations, our Team Kinetic platform can help you do that. By registering your volunteer account, you will have access to over 40 opportunities and over 50 different organisations.

If you are an organisation looking to promote your volunteering opportunities to both volunteers and corporates, our Team Kinetic platform will also help you do this! With over 120 volunteers signed up to our platform, your organisation will reach many.
