If you are looking for space to hire in the town centre, get in touch with us. We can offer a range of meeting spaces, from large conference rooms to one-to-one meeting rooms and hot desk facilities.
You can also order refreshments and hire equipment for use in our rooms.
Rooms are normally available for hire between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday. We have limited capacity to provide room hire outside these hours, but may be able to accommodate bookings on request. For any such bookings, an additional charge of £25 per hour will be made to cover staff, heating and lighting costs.

Refreshments are available for both the Sanford House and VAS conference rooms.

- Buffet Lunch – £7 per person
