The drop-ins offer veterans a safe space to connect, share experiences and access valuable resources in a friendly and supportive environment.
Voluntary Action Swindon has a dedicated Veteran Support Navigator who will be on hand to provide assistance with any queries or concerns and guide you towards the relevant services.
Veteran Support Events
Veterans monthly support drop-ins & socials at Sanford House SN1 1HE and the Swindon Designer Outlet.

Supported by our funder The Veterans’ Foundation, Voluntary Action Swindon has a dedicated Veteran Support Navigator who will be on hand to assist with any queries or concerns and guide you towards the relevant services.
- Sandford House, Swindon (11.30 to 14.30) – Last Tuesday of each month
- Designer Outlet Village, Swindon (11 to 1pm) – 2nd Thursday of each month

Veteran Support Navigator – Helping Those Who Have Served
Chris has served 22 years in the army and reached the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1. He also has over 15 years working in the charity sector.
“I am looking forward to building on the great work already done. We are justifiably proud of being one of 60 similar organisations in UK who offer vital services to veterans and serving over 9500 veterans here in Swindon.”
