Donation from ASDA to Swindon Shopmobility

Donation from ASDA to Swindon Shopmobility – 13.06.2024

A huge thank you to Becky Lewis, the local community champion at ASDA West Swindon, for presenting £1,000 donation to Mesut and Shabbir of Swindon Shopmobility. We are delighted to have this support from the ASDA Foundation.

This grant will go towards keeping our Scooter hire and servicing affordable and low-cost to our members in Swindon. Swindon’s Shopmobility scheme is available for anyone with limited mobility and provides a selection of manually-propelled and battery-powered wheelchairs and scooters. These are provided to help people with mobility difficulties when using the facilities in Swindon’s town centre.
