We are the local end of life care specialists in Swindon and North East Wiltshire. As well as caring for patients in our in-patient unit, we have a team of community nurse specialists, plus a range of complementary services such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, bereavement support - all designed to provide wrap-around holistic care for patients and their families/loved ones. Our clinical specialists also provide training for other agencies.
