Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice at Voluntary Action Swindon

Salary: £6.40 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Swindon Shopmobility (part of Voluntary Action Swindon)
Reporting to: Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice to join the VAS team based at Swindon Shopmobility.

No experience is necessary, but we are looking for a self-motivated, compassionate and patient person with good communication skills and able to build relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

A good general level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum grade of level 4 GCSE for English and Maths with a knowledge of the Microsoft office platforms.

Closing date: Wednesday 3rd July 2024.
Interviews date: Friday 12th July 2024.
Shortlisting date: will take place on Friday 5th July 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview the same day.
