Job title: Communications and Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Head of Development
Work base: Sanford House, Sanford Street, Swindon, SN1 1HE
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (but negotiable with a minimum of 30 hours)
Job purpose: To manage all aspects of marketing, media and communications at Swindon Carers Centre including the website, social media, newsletters, promotional materials and to ensure SCC’s brand is current and consistent throughout. To ensure all media and communications are up to date, relevant and meet carers’ needs. To lead the organisation of key events to promote carers’ issues and maximise carer voice.

30-37 (negotiable) hours per week, Permanent Contract, £30,000 (FTE)
The post holder will work as a member of the Communications team, managing all aspects of marketing, media and communications at Swindon Carers Centre including the website, social media, newsletters, marketing promotional materials and to ensure SCC’s brand is current and consistent throughout. They will ensure all media and communications are up to date, relevant and meet carers’ needs and will lead the organisation of key events to promote carers’ issues and maximise carer voice.
