CEO - The Neuro Wellbeing Centre

The Neuro Wellbeing Centre in West Swindon is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to take the helm at their inclusive and welcoming charity.

The CEO is personally responsible for generating income to sustain this self-funded charity, as well as ensuring strong financial controls and good governance. The right candidate will work with the Board to define and implement strategy that keeps the charity fit for the future and ensures clients receive the best possible service and support. They will also lead and manage a team of staff, contractors and volunteers.

The role requires prior experience of working as a charity or non-profit CEO and a strong track-record of generating grant funding income and managing the finances of such an organisation. Project and change management skills are essential, as is a genuine ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for people living with long-term health conditions, and to build trust with all stakeholders. An understanding of how the Primary Healthcare sector works and how to build strong connections with key stakeholders within it is also highly desirable.

Salary: Circa. £45,000 (Full Time Equivalent); subject to experience, plus contributory pension.

Since the charity provides face-to-face support for clients, this role is based in and needs to be performed on-site.
