Salary: £25,481 – £26,686 depending on experience (Trainee Salary £21,784 rising to £25,481 on reaching required competence)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part time or Job share would be considered)
Contract: Permanent

Citizens Advice are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to join our Advice Service team. It’s a varied role in which you will ensure the smooth running of the advice session on a rota basis.

You will have proven supervisory skills and an ability to provide excellent support to volunteers whilst maintaining high standards of advice delivery through quality monitoring procedures.
Excellent communication and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and develop effective working relationships.

Citizens Advice will consider a trainee role for the right candidate, if you can demonstrate recent experience of delivering advice to the general public.
