Breaking Barriers will be a chance for Swindon’s voluntary organisations to share how we are approaching the challenges of ED&I, as well as progress we’ve made so far.

It will be an informal event where we come together, share our EDI journeys, and learn from each other.

Running every morning of w/c 13 September, each session, we are aiming for open, honest discussion of the challenges we face – and how we are each trying to move forward in our way.

At least half an hour will be available after the presentations for Q&A and thoughts and ideas ‘from the floor’.
