Salary: £24,343 – £26,686 depending on experience (Trainee Salary £21,784 rising to £24,343 on reaching required competence)

You will be working as part of our Advice Session Supervisor team, carrying out the various tasks on a rota basis. Ultimately your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the advice session and supporting our volunteers and staff to provide good quality advice to our clients.

You will have proven supervisory skills and an ability to provide excellent support to volunteers whilst maintaining high standards of advice delivery through quality monitoring procedures.

Excellent communication and IT skills are also essential, as is the ability to manage and develop effective working relationships.

We will consider a trainee role for the right candidate but you will need to be able to demonstrate recent and ongoing experience of delivering advice within a Social Welfare law setting.
