To date, they have not had any luck with a volunteer coming forward, therefore it has been agreed that they will continue until Easter. Their last lunch club meeting will be held on Friday 27th March.

However, they continue to hope that someone will take on the role and keep the club running for the benefit of so many elderly people.

Here are the jobs that a co-ordinator has to carry out:

· During the preceding week, check that, the Friday team for that week are all available and, if not, find someone to step in.

· Work out the menu and shop for all the requirements on the Thursday.

· Take all supplies to the church hall by 10:30 am.

· See all is set up, and team in place.

· At 1:30 pm, collect money and all left over food.

· Check money and keep book up to date.
