1. Assist with activities – Help set up, organise and facilitate games, crafts, sports or educational activities for the youth.

2. Provide Supervision – Monitor the young people to ensure their safety and wellbeing during activities.

3. Support Club Leaders – work closely with the youth club leaders and assist in delivering planned sessions or events.

4. Encourage Participation – Motivate and encourage young people to participate in club activities and interact with their peers.

5. Ensure Cleanliness and Organisation – Help keep the youth club area tidy by cleaning up after activities and maintaining equipment and supplies.

6. Assist with registrations – Help sign in new members and check attendance at events or sessions.

7. Provide Emotional Support – Offer a friendly and supportive presence to the young people, listen to their concerns and offer guidance when needed.

8. Promote positive behaviour – help maintain discipline and promote respect and teamwork, and kindness among others.

9. Assist in preparing snacks or meals – help prepare and distribute snacks for the youth club members.

10. Engage in social activities – Be an active participant in social activities, building positive relationships with the young people.
