Volunteer Meetings Secretary – Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Step Out Swindon

Step Out Swindon is social walking group which holds walks around Swindon.

The role is part time as we only have 4 meetings a year plus an AGM.

Duties would involve:

• Arranging the meetings which are held via Zoom 4 times per year and the AGM
• Collating items for and issuing the meeting agendas
• Preparing and issuing the Minutes from the recorded Zoom session.
• The volunteer needs to have the relevant secretarial and computer skills to match the tasks
• The role will take around 4-6 hours to prepare for, attend, and then issue Minutes before and after the 5 meetings per year.
