
Hybrid • £24,460 FTE (£13,980 pro rata) • 20 hours per week
This is a pivotal role to support the smooth running of the community centre.
The Assistant Manager will help us to make an even bigger difference in our local community.
Duties will include:
- Adding Bookings to the System
- Building Weekly Schedule
- Invoicing
- Verification of Payments for Bookings
- Replying to eMails queries
- Meet with customers
- Answering phone calls
- Some Opening/Closing
