Salary:            £25,119 – £30,777, dependent on experience

Location:        Swindon

We are looking for Project Worker’s to join Threshold and be part of our dedicated supported housing team and help us with or mission to end homelessness by supporting people towards independence.

About the role

Based within Threshold’s supported housing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective, high-quality, person-centred support service to service users with a background of homelessness and a range of low to medium needs. These include entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health issues and a range of offending backgrounds.

This role supports service users and promotes engagement through the development of positive relationships and providing support to move towards independence.
