Help with engagement

‘Engaging is key’ is the title of a short presentation, the latest video uploaded to the VAS YouTube channel.

Recorded at the January VAS-LIVE Zoom broadcast, VAS team member Jol Rose talks about how to engage effectively. The presentation covers topics including setting goals, good communication and building relationships.

With ever more organisations looking to engage with specific groups in the community, VAS is working with the Swindon Equality Coalition to help people build strong links they need. An information sheet is being produced to go with the video, which will provide more detailed advice for people wanting to connect and engage with community groups. Mail us to find out more – equality@vas-swindon.org

The next VAS-LIVE takes place online on 24 February with a focus on getting governance right, as well as our usual small group networking, and funding update.
