The Grocers’ Charity awards about £1 million each year to UK-registered charities. They can only fund charities registered with any of the following: the Charity Commission of England and Wales, the Scottish Charity Regulator, and the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.

These are one-off grants, usually of up to £5,000, are available for small charities working across education, environmental causes, health, heritage, disability, support for children and young people, youth poverty, the arts, older people and military charities.
