Victim Support is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Assistant based in our Devizes office.

Hours per week: 28 – 37.5 hours – hours negotiable
Basic Salary: £17,600 FTE per annum

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Delivery team in accordance with our national standards and local procedures.

Main duties include; general administration and office management to support our Service Delivery team to help victims of crime, developing and maintaining manual and computerised records, participating in local fundraising

Your experience is in implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems in a public-facing service, with strong IT skills, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people
