Job Title: Co-ordinator Enrych Swindon and Wiltshire

Office location: Home worker

Geographical remit: Swindon area

Salary: £19,742 – £21,918 full time (£9,025 – £10,020 pro rata) Dependent on experience

Hours of work: 16 hours per week, flexible working available

Responsible to: Heather Smith, Chair of Enrych Swindon and Wiltshire

Responsible for: Members and Volunteers

Job Purpose
This is an exciting and flexible role for a self-motivated person who is passionate about placing disabled people’s needs first and looking for development in the charitable sector. It offers unique opportunities to improve the lives of disabled people living in the Swindon and Wiltshire area. The role would suit a self-starter, someone who is looking to develop their skills or someone seeking flexible working arrangements. As the role involves working independently it offers considerable scope for successful applicants to use their own initiative and creativity in completing tasks.
