What is Dolphins’ Den?
Dolphins’ Den is an initiative that supports people with a learning disability to set up their own business. We run a series of workshops followed by one-to-one mentoring by volunteer mentors from the local business community.

The role
The Dolphins’ Den Project Coordinator position is a unique opportunity for someone with high attention to detail and coordination and administration experience to take on a new challenge! You will be helping us satisfy our rigorous ESF and Big Lottery funding requirements by gathering participant documentation and completing our monthly financial claims.
You will also support our Project Lead to run fun and interactive monthly workshops for people with a learning disability around Swindon and Wiltshire, so good communication and people skills are essential.
