Salary £ 21,962-£23,398 pro rata (Actual £20,181 – £21,500) plus 5% pension contribution
Hours: 34 per week (Mon-Thurs 9am – 4.30pm ½ hr unpaid break, Fri 9am – 3pm)
Holiday 25 days plus bank holidays pro rata

Citizens Advice Swindon currently operates from three permanent offices (2 part time). We are looking for a highly organised, pro-active and efficient individual who is able to work with limited supervision to take on this vital role supporting our busy service.

A variety of tasks await the right candidate. You will enjoy being kept busy with a varied workload including managing reception, providing administrative support to Senior Management, leading on Health and Safety within the office and acting as our IT co-ordinator

You will have a proven ability to provide administrative support to large teams including Senior Management and you will be able to adapt according to changing priorities within the office.

Experience of managing or leading a team is essential and experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage.

A key part of this post is providing IT support and acting as our IT co-ordinator so experience of IT problem solving and an excellent understanding of Microsoft windows and office packages is desirable alongside a willingness to learn our bespoke IT packages.
