Vacancy – Hall Manager for St John’s Church Hall, Parks
£20,000 per annum pro rata
This is a fixed term position for 4 months at 16 hours per week in the first instance.
The role of the Hall Manager will be to develop St John’s Church Hall into a self-financing hub run by the Parks community for the Parks community, led by St John’s Church and friends. Our vision is to create a safe and welcoming culture and offer the right mix of long term renters, and shorter term projects and activities that the community wants and needs.
We seek someone with the passion, vision and skills to release the potential within the Parks community. The successful candidate will have a good standard of written English, be able to write proposals and produce reports, and be able to promote and develop the use of the Hall.
Funding is available for four months at 16 hours per week, after which time we hope that together with the successful candidate we will have raised funds for the role to continue and the hours to increase in the longer term.
