Who we are
Willows Counselling and Training provides counselling for adults and has a particular expertise working with those impacted by abuse and trauma. In addition to counselling activities, Willows also runs a thriving training operation, offering certified training qualifications in counselling as well as courses for local businesses and other charitable organisations.
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking and inspirational Chief Executive who will lead our charity in its next stage of development. You will be committed to our vision of better mental health and wellbeing for the local community. As Willows is founded on Christian principles, you will be sympathetic to the Christian faith. Building on a strong foundation, you will have the drive and passion to lead and develop a team of committed staff and volunteers. You will be directly responsible for overseeing the growth in unrestricted funds; the delivery of projects to fulfil the strategic objectives and to oversee and ensure the success of all operations.

Hours circa 30 hours per week
Salary FTE £38,000 pa
