Building Bridges Support Worker at Community First

Devizes based
£24,717 gross per annum plus 7% employer’s pension contribution
36.5 hours per week
Fixed term contract to end of February 2023

Community First are looking for an individual to join our key worker team to support individuals who are furthest from the labour market to progress into training, education, and employment.

The role will provide one-to-one support and occasional group work with a number of individuals to understand their needs, develop personalised action plans, address their barriers and challenges, and progress towards their goals.

The role will cover the Swindon & Wiltshire region and will involve liaison and cross-referral with our Building Bridges partners and other support organisations in bringing together holistic support for participants.

The successful candidate will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with participants and good attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills (both paper and IT based).

Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to undertake a satisfactory DBS check.
